Business Use Only

Gill Sports operates as a B2B (Business-to-Business) manufacturing partner. By using our services, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a company, brand, retailer, or enterprise, and not as an individual consumer.

Orders and Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for a limited time (typically 15–30 days) unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement, final specification approval, and receipt of initial deposit or full payment (as applicable).
  • Custom or private-label orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in USD (unless otherwise agreed) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, or customs duties.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other secure B2B-approved gateways.
  • Production will begin only after payment confirmation. Late payments may result in production delays or order cancellation.

Manufacturing & Delivery Timelines

  • Production timelines vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Standard lead times will be communicated before final confirmation.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to raw material shortages, customs clearance, or logistic disruptions.

Shipping & Risk Transfer

  • All shipments are made using trusted logistics providers.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility.
  • Tracking information will be shared promptly after dispatch.

Product Customization & Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, or branding provided by you for custom production are considered your intellectual property.
  • You affirm that you have legal rights to use all submitted designs.
  • Gill Sports is not liable for third-party claims resulting from unauthorized branding or content.

Quality Control & Returns

  • We maintain strict quality checks. In case of any product issue, notify us in writing within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Return or replacement is offered only for genuine manufacturing defects and after evaluation.
  • No returns are accepted for customized or approved orders unless there’s a proven production error.

Confidentiality

We treat all private label designs, custom specifications, and order information as confidential. We do not share or disclose your proprietary details without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Gill Sports shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Business interruptions
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction e.g., Pakistan or your main operating country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
